Terms & Conditions

By placing a reservation with Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment

• A 30% booking payment is required at checkout to reserve your rental.
• The remaining balance and a $50 refundable security deposit are due no later than 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.
• Payment reminders may be sent before the remaining balance is due.
• Reservations not paid in full by the payment deadline may be canceled.

Security Deposit

A $50 refundable security deposit is required for all rentals and is due with your remaining balance 72 hours prior to delivery.

The security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days after all rental items have been returned, inspected, and found to be in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear.

The security deposit may be used to cover:

• Damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen equipment
• Missing game pieces or accessories
• Excessive cleaning
• Repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse

If repair or replacement costs exceed the security deposit amount, the customer is responsible for the remaining balance.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled delivery date are eligible for a full refund, including the 30% booking payment.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Weather Policy

Customer safety is our priority.

If severe weather, including heavy rain, lightning, flooding, high winds, or other unsafe conditions, makes delivery or outdoor use unsafe, Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC will work with you to either:

• Reschedule your rental to the next available date, or
• Issue a rental credit valid for 6 months from the original event date.

Weather-related decisions are made at the sole discretion of Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC based on local forecasts and safety conditions.

Delivery & Pickup

A $25 flat Delivery & Pickup Fee applies within our standard service area.

• Delivery and pickup times are scheduled in advance.
• An adult (18 years or older) must be present during both delivery and pickup.
• Rental items must be available for pickup at the agreed-upon time and location.
• Additional fees may apply if equipment cannot be picked up as scheduled due to customer delay or inaccessible equipment.

Equipment Responsibility

The customer is responsible for all rental equipment from the time of delivery until pickup.

Customers agree to:

• Use all rental equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
• Protect equipment from theft, damage, and severe weather.
• Return all rental items, accessories, and game pieces together.
• Keep equipment reasonably clean and free of excessive dirt or debris.
• Notify Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC immediately if any equipment is damaged during the rental period.

Damage, Loss & Theft

The customer is financially responsible for any damage, loss, theft, or misuse of rental equipment while it is in their possession.

Repair or replacement costs that exceed the $50 security deposit will be billed to the customer.

Limitation of Liability

Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of rented equipment. By renting from us, the customer assumes responsibility for the safe use and supervision of all rental items.

Service Area

Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC proudly serves Cobb County and surrounding areas. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.

Photography & Marketing

Moany’s Collective Party Co., LLC may photograph rental setups for marketing purposes. No identifiable images of customers or guests will be used without permission.
